Patient information management is the biggest challenge that physicians all across the world are struggling with. The task is very tedious and time consuming... it is believed that doctors spend their maximum time with the management of patient information, the time resource that could have been otherwise used for the well-being of the patients. Another fault that the manual system of record keeping carries is non-availibility of patient information at times of emergencies.
